All knives are finished by hand using extra fine diamond plates and stropped to a mirror finish. Scissors are sharpened using a top of the line water bath grinder using precise guides to ensure each pair of scissors are as sharp as possible. Woodworking hand tools are also sharpened using a wet grinder and precision jig to ensure all bevel angles are respected.
